Migration towards a provider certified under the French HDS (Hébergeur de Données de Santé) framework, set out in article L.1111-8 of the French Public Health Code, is in progress and will be completed before any extended commercial launch. The name of the chosen HDS provider and its certificate number will be published here as soon as the migration is completed.

Any illegal content hosted on the platform (messages within a circle, shared memories, profiles) can be reported via the in-app form or by email to abuse@schoenfg.com. Every report is acknowledged and reviewed promptly, in accordance with article 16 DSA.
The entire site (architecture, design, text content, illustrations, logos, trademarks, source code, brand identity) is the exclusive property of schoenfg or is used under license. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or modification, in part or in whole, is forbidden without the prior written consent of schoenfg, except for strictly private use.
The "Weave" trademark and associated logo are protected. Their reproduction without authorization exposes infringers to the penalties set out in articles L.713-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The site may contain links to third-party sites (partners, public resources, documentation). schoenfg exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all liability regarding their content, privacy practices or accessibility. Linking to weavecaregiver.com is permitted, provided it does not harm the publisher's image.
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services ("European Accessibility Act") and the French RGAA 4.1 reference framework, schoenfg is committed to making weavecaregiver.com and the Weave application accessible to people with disabilities.
Current status: not compliant. An RGAA 4.1 audit is planned. The multi-year accessibility plan and the annual action plan will be published on the dedicated accessibility page once established.
