1. Site publisher

The website weavecaregiver.com and the Weave application are published by:

2. Hosting provider

Weave's infrastructure is hosted by two complementary providers:

  • OVHcloud SAS — application and marketing site. 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France · Lille Métropole Trade Register 424 761 419.
  • Outscale (Dassault Systèmes) — health data. HDS-certified hosting provider (Hébergeur de Données de Santé) in accordance with article L.1111-8 of the French Public Health Code.
HDS hosting. All medical data (prescriptions, conditions, medication tracking, doctor sharing) is stored exclusively with our HDS-certified hosting provider, in metropolitan France. No transfer outside the EU takes place.

3. Publication director

The publication director is Gabriel Schoenfelder, president of Weave SAS.

4. Intellectual property

The entire site (architecture, design, text content, illustrations, logos, trademarks, source code, brand identity) is the exclusive property of Weave SAS or is used under license. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or modification, in part or in whole, is forbidden without the prior written consent of Weave SAS, except for strictly private use.

The "Weave" trademark and associated logo are registered trademarks. Their reproduction without authorization exposes infringers to the penalties set out in articles L.713-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a mediator free of charge in the event of a dispute that could not be resolved directly with Weave. Our reference mediator is:
